Appointment Policy
Any and all cancellations are subject to a 48hr cancellation notice. Any cancellations before, or at the time of the appointment, without prior notice will result in a full charge for the total amount of appointment and, is due at the time of service. Payments received 24 hours after the day of appointment are subject to an additional 20% late fee. Any returned checks are subject to a $50.00 re-processing fee. Phone readings are paid for at the time of booking and, there are no refunds, only a credit will be given which can be used towards a future reading. Showing up late will cut into your appointment time and going over your booked amount of time will result in additional charges. If you would like more time and, if your Readers schedule permits, additional time runs in 15 minute increments. Please be mindful of the time during your session.

Todas y cada una cancelaciones están sujetas a 48 horas de previo aviso.Cualquier cancelación antes, o en el momento de la cita, sin previo aviso dará lugar a una carga completa del precio de consulta, el cual se pagara al momento del servicio. Los pagos recibidos después de 24 horas el día de su cita están sujetos a un 20% de cargo adicional por pago atrasado. Cualquier cheque devuelto sin fondos están sujetos a una tarifa de $50 dólares por reprocesamiento. Consultas por telefono se pagan en el momento de hacer la cita, no hay reembolsos, sólo se dará crédito que puede ser utilizado para una lectura en el futuro. El llegar tarde a su cita significa que solo sera atendido por lo que resta de la consulta y el pasarse de minutos resultará en cargos adicionales. Si desea más tiempo y si el horario lo permite se le otorogara más tiempo en incrementos de 15 minutos. Por favor tome conciencia del tiempo cuando este en consulta.
